1. Use of Services
By booking Hajj, Umrah, air tickets, visa processing, or any other services with Tawhid International, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current.
- You agree to use our services lawfully and in good faith.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.
- Prices are subject to change based on airline rates, visa fees, and government taxes.
- Full payment must be made before ticket issuance or visa submission unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (airlines, hotels, embassies, etc.).
- Visa fees and certain service charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) may take 7–21 business days to process.
- Hajj/Umrah packages are governed by Saudi Arabian regulations and may not be refundable once confirmed.
4. Visa Processing
- Tawhid International assists with visa applications but does not guarantee approval.
- The final decision lies with the respective embassy or consulate.
- All visa requirements must be fulfilled by the applicant.
- Visa delays or rejections are not the responsibility of Tawhid International.
5. Hajj & Umrah Guidelines
- All religious travel services are subject to the regulations of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Bangladesh) and the Saudi Government.
- Pilgrims are responsible for maintaining proper conduct and following religious guidelines.
- Changes in Hajj/Umrah dates, pricing, or terms due to government policy, pandemic rules, or other circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tawhid International shall not be liable for:
- Loss, delay, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers.
- Visa rejection, flight cancellation, or denial of entry by immigration authorities.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemic disruptions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
